Mike Dalen and I were frosh of the year. I was def, Mike offense.
What I believe was failed to be stated, was that by December, I think we were the only freshmen left standing.

In 1970, if you don't count kick offs, I think I played 12 plays. But the very first play I was at nose guard and some team from Washington or Oregon fumbled into my arms. The Zenith of my collegiate career !!!
